Timber Design Awards 2009
The New Zealand Timber Design Awards 2009 celebrated outstanding design, engineering and construction practice using timber. The 2009 New Zealand Timber Design Awards were proudly supported by NZ Wood, Carter Holt Harvey, the New Zealand Timber Design Society and McIntosh Timber Laminates.
The 2009 awards ceremony was held at the Langham Hotel, Auckland, on 27 October 2009, hosted by Bill Ralston.
Representatives from the sponsor organisations presented the awards to the recipients and a presentation was given by Chris Kelly of Architecture Workshop, on his latest project, the Waitomo Caves Visitor's Centre.
