Located in the heart of Fox Glacier Village this prefabricated building contains five bedrooms on the upper level while the kitchen and dining facilities are located downstairs.

All timber used is kiln dried laminated radiata pine treated via LOSP to H3.1. The walls are three laminates of ex 150 x 25 machined to give a finished dimension of 128.4 x 63 mm. The construction method is based on the Scandinavian log cabin principle with wall planks interlocking to provide unique strength - without a single nail. Only the roof and floor call for nails in their construction. The quiet and warm ambience of the natural timber requires minimal maintenance.
